MBPM-1 A Migratory Bird Permit (MBP) Memorandum Series (April 15, 2003) has been repealed and replaced by the Service Manual chapters 720 FW 1 Policies and Responsibilities of the Migratory Bird Program and Migratory Bird Permits (Part 724). The June 22, 2022 updates incorporated the provisions of MBPM-1.
